Thanks, I hate it even more

I'm not active here but I've kept my art up because I know people enjoy it and whatever issues I had with the new ownership I was fine letting people to continue to enjoy my work here. With the cluster fuck that is currently twitter I was considering coming back as I like to have at lest 2 places where I am active and twitter might not be viable for much longer. With the new announcement of the AI art thing here I'm thinking I just might have to delete everything here. That makes me sad. I'm giving you guys a heads up and a reminder of the other places where you can find me.

Man they fucked the search functionality in the new design. I just love not being able to search in categories and the fact that they just totally nuked sub categories. Some times I feel like this site actively wants me to stop using it. Like oh all those things you liked, yeah we got rid of them because this site is not for you.

I'm not sure who this redesign is for. I'm not sure what sort of user is having a better experience with Eclipse. I assume there is some one out there that is delighted with these changes. But that person is not me. I hope whom ever Eclipse was made for is delighted. I hope that it was worth loosing me as a user.

I'm not the most active on this site but I know there are a number of you that still follow me here. I also know that there's a lot of people that aren't happy with the incoming redesign, myself included. I'll try the Eclipse when they force me to use it. If I can manage it I'll stay here if not I'll focus my efforts elsewhere. Our DnD campaign reached it's THRILLING conclusion. We saved the day, mostly. The only person that died was kind of a jerk and should have died centuries ago. And my upstairs neighbors threw a couch off of the balcony. It landed right outside our door. Fun times.

God damn is it weird. When I tried to use it I felt the need to yell at the damn kids to get off my hypothetical lawn. Am I getting to the point where I'm just too damn old and stubborn for innovated design or is the new Deviant Art just awful? I don't even know any more.

It's been awhile since I've posted stuff on DA so here's a quick run down of what has happen in the past 2 + years of my life. For any one that cares. If you don't care I'd have to kind of wonder why you bothered to read this, but hey I don't judge you do you. New boss at work made things difficult Got married Visited Japan Quit job Moved to Colorado Played a lot of video games and made some artwork in the mean time. I'm in Colorado now. I have no idea what I'm doing with my life but I'm not in Wyoming any more so I guess that's a thing. So how have you guys been?

It's been awhile. I probably should have said something sooner but I'm kind of bad at talking about such things. So lets get down to the heart of the matter. Back in October, of last year, there were some significant changes that happen in my life and in my job. Those changes made it considerably more difficult, but not impossible, to work on my web comic Imperial Entanglements. 2017 was a year of constant stress. There was enough things both big and small that went unresolved and un-dealt with that by the time October hit, it hit me hard. I don't deal with stress well and when I reach my breaking point I tend to go into full hermit mode. Wh
